    Gear: Backpack, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, tent, front light, good boots, waterproof and warm changing clothes, water can, sweets, first-aid kit , chlorine pills for disinfecting the water.
     
    1ST DAY: Bucharest – Macin Mountains
     Transfer by car/minibus towards Macin Mountains National Park: Bucharest Airport OTOPENI – Braila - Smardan– Luncavita – Valea Fagilor Natural Rezerve.  Pitching the tents. Stay over night (height: 100 m)
    Having a maximum high over 460 m Macin Mountains is showing an impressive outline, with their peaks growing suddenly near Danube. We need to mention that the difference of altitude between the Danube meadow and the main chain is considerable big and the rocky peak of Pricopan reproduces on a smaller scale, the proud of Meridional Carpathian Ridges (Fagaras Mountains).
     The Macin Mountains Protected Area is situated in one of Europe's most outstanding natural regions, and can be considered to be a key component of the natural heritage of both Romania and the rest of the world. The richness of its biodiversity, its size and its location gives it the potential to become one of the regions more important protected areas.
     
    2ND DAY : Macin Mountains
    Hiking through the European beech (Fagus sylvatica) forest towards the Tutuiatu Peak (467 m), the highest altitude of Dobrogea  and Ioanesu Peak. Camping area at five minutes from Ioanesu Peak.

    ►Height difference: 367 m

    In the evening we set our camp and enjoy the great view next to the campfire
     
    3RD DAY : Pricopan Ridge
    Hiking toward Greci village and Pricopan Ridge. Pitching the tents in the Piatra Râioasa Peak area (height: 200 m). Stay over night.

    ►Hiking time – 6 (six) hours
    ►Picnic lunch(included)
    ►Visiting Greci Village(a large community of ex stone workers community), the Sulucu Mare Peak (370 m) and Pricopan Summit, the Dinosaurus and “The Sleeping Girl” (granite rock formations)
    ►In the evening we set our camp next to Piatra Raioasa Peakt
    ►Picnic dinner(included)
     
    4TH DAY : Macin – Tulcea - Danube Delta
    Unpitching the tents and leaving the campsite for the Town of Macin (2h hike). Transfer by  public minibus to the city of Tulcea and to Crisan (a typical Danube Delta village) by ferryboat. A canoe training, a little practicing and canoeing for Caraorman channel sleeping spot (south of Crisan).

    ►Camping on a sandy beach on the side of Caraorman Chanel in the hart of the delta

    5TH DAY: Danube Delta
    Caraorman Chanel - Suez Chanel - Perivolovca Chanel - Litcov Chanel - Cuibul cu Lebede Lake (Nest of Swans Lake)
    ►Easy canoeing

    ►Canoeing close to the Caraorman sand dunes
    ►Picnic lunch (included)
    ►Birdwatching
    ►Camping and picnic dinner(included)
     
    6TH DAY Danube Delta
    Litcov Chanel - Lung Chanel - short visit to Obretin Lake - Sulina arm Breakfast(included)
    ►Easy canoeing
    ►Short visit to Obretin Lake
    ►Lunch(included)
    ►Birdwatching
    ►Camping in Crisan village next to a traditional lipovan house
    ►Traditional dinner(included)
     
    Optional: In the last night we could stay overnight rural pension in Crisan Village (Not included)
     
    7TH DAY Delta - Bucharest
     Crisan –Tulcea – Bucharest
    We wake up early in the morning and raise the camp.

    Transfer by ferry to Tulcea at 8:00
    Lunch(not included)
    Transfer from Tulcea to Bucharest by minibus and arrival in Bucharest around 17:00(270 km).
